Wednesday, April 23, 2014; Mitchell’s Ice Cream, 1871 W. 25th: Mitchell’s Ice Cream opened its new ice cream shop, headquarters and production facility on Monday April 21st, after completing an extensive renovation of a building that originally housed the Rialto Theater. The facility opened in time for the Ohio City celebration of Dyngus Day — advertising a special Dyngus Day Rum Babka Ice Cream on the marque.
