Sunday, August 3, 2014; Westown Community Development Corporation Swinging’ Summer Concerts at Halloran Park: Kayla Readinger, age 6, visits with Frank Sinatra (Damion Fontaine) as the Rat Pack entertains the crowd. Readlinger came up to the area in front of the gazebo to dance with Fontaine.
