Monday, September 1, 2014; St. Rocco Festival: On the 100th year of the festival, ten teams entered the greasy pole-climbing contest. Each team had three chances to make it to the top, none of the teams were successful. At the conclusion of the contest, it was announced that the $1,000 prize donated by sponsors of the contest will double next year.
