Danny Kelly received 1,762 votes or 58.91% of the votes cast to win over Michael Hardy who received 1,229 votes, or 41.9% of the votes cast.
Issue 38 – Cleveland Participatory Budgeting Charter Amendment
33,387 voters voted against the charter amendment or 51.06% of the votes cast. 31,999 voters voted for the charter amendment, or 48.94% of the votes cast.

Sydney Strickland Saffold running unopposed received 43,332 votes
Cleveland Municipal Court Judge – term beginning January 2, 2024
Jazmin G. Torres-Lugo received 36,112 votes or 63.05% of the votes cast to win the race over Joseph F. Russo who received 21,165 votes or 36.95% of the votes cast.
Cleveland Municipal Court Judge – term beginning January 3, 2024
Bridget M. O’ Brien came in first with 21,780 votes or 39.74% of the votes cast. Joanna N. Lopez Inman came in second with 13,901 votes or 25.36% of the votes cast. Jocelyn Conwell came in third with 10,432 votes or 19% of the votes cast. TJ Dow came in fourth with 8,699 votes for 15.87% of the votes cast.
Cleveland Municipal Court Judge – term beginning January 4, 2024
Shiela Turner McCall won the race with 36,641 votes, or 67.78% of the votes cast. Her opponent, Timothy W. Clary received 17,414 votes, or 32.22% of the votes cast.
Cleveland Municipal Court Judge – term beginning January 5, 2024
Jeff Johnson came in first with 26,784 votes, or 48,15 % of the votes cast. Heather McCollough came in second with 18,180 votes, or 32.69% of the votes cast. Mark R. Majer came in third with 10,657 votes or 19.16% of the votes cast.
Cleveland Municipal Court Judge – term beginning January 6, 2024
Michelle D. Early running unopposed received 41,103 votes.
Cleveland Municipal Court Clerk
Earle B. Turner received 38,781 votes, or 68.19% of the votes cast to win the race over opponent Brian C. Kazy, who received 18,103 votes or 31.82% of the votes cast.
State Issue One – Reproductive Rights
288,353 Cuyahoga County voters voted yes, or 74.35% of the votes cast. There were 99,474 no votes, or 24.65% of the votes cast.
State Issue 2 – Marijuana Legalization
256,189 of Cuyahoga County voters voted yes, or66.70% of the votes cast. 127,905 voters voted no, or 33.30% of the votes cast.
Issue 5 – Tax Levy for Cuyahoga Community College
225,339 Cuyahoga County voters voted in favor of the tax levy, or 61.55% of the votes cast. 140744 voted against the tax levy, or 38.45% of the votes cast.
