UTILITIES RESOURCE FAIR, a free event, will be hosted by Cuyahoga Job and Family Services and the Home Heating and Weatherization Task Force at West Side Community House at 9300 Lorain Ave, on Saturday, October 18, 2014, from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. It will provide information and resources to the community, and enable customers to apply for utilities assistance programs such as Home Energy Assistance Program (HEAP), Percentage of Income Program (PIPP Plus) and Home Weatherization Assistance Program (HWAP).
