Saturday, November 19, 2016; 2501 to 2799 Washington Avenue,, a community engagement artist residency, linked international artists with local artists to create a series of public scale visual art pieces in Hinge Town and along the Detroit Avenue corridor from W. 25th to W. 32nd. Brazilian artist Ananda Nahú collaborated with local artists Gary Williams and Robin Robinson and Cleveland Public Theatre’s Brick City Theatre to create an over 500-foot long mural on Washington Avenue across from Lakeview Tower.
