PHOTO BY DEBBIE SADLON July 8, 2017, : Mark Adkison (rear) and Tim Paskert of the Westpark neighborhood pose with the Cleveland Metroparks’ new Centennial living billboard. Standing eight feet tall, the aluminum and steel structure is planted with nearly 800 sedum plants to take the shape of the outer ring of the Cleveland Metropark District’s Centennial Seal. The Cleveland Metroparks’ staff designed, built and will maintain the billboard. When it is time to water the plants, Metroparks’ staff rotate the billboard so the plants are facing upward ready to be watered.
