Carnegie West Branch of Cleveland Public Library reopens

October 20, 2018; Fulton at Bridge Avenue: The Carnegie West Branch of the Cleveland Public Library reopened after the being closed for repairs as part of the Cleveland Public Library’s system-wide capital project. The changes include work on ADA accessibility, HVAC systems, mechanical units, roof and fire alarms.
