Wednesday, March 17, 2021; Taps & Tails, 1901 Train Avenue: Lisa Hollender, owner of Cleveland’s first dog park bar, Taps & Tails, greets guests at a pre-opening of the business on Saint Patrick’s day. Taps & Tails is located near the intersection of Train Avenue and Willey Avenue. A Tremont resident suggested that with increased traffic anticipated at that intersection, the City of Cleveland should place a light or stop sign on Willey Avenue. Currently through traffic on Willey does not stop at the intersection.
