Tremont Oaks: Micro apartments come to W. 14th Street

Wednesday, March 17, 2021; Tremont Oaks micro apartments, 2270 W. 14th Street: Developers Rick Maron and Russell Berusch have plans to build these micro apartments in multiple locations in Cleveland. This building being constructed on W. 14th will have eight (roughly) 440 square foot apartments. The developers hope to be able to rent the apartments for $1,500 to $1,600 a month.
