Shall the sale of wine and mixed beverages and spirituous liquor be permitted for sale on Sunday by Dunlap Partners, LLC an applicant for a D-6 liquor permit and holder of a D-5 permit who is engaged in the business of operating in a neighborhood bar at 3258 W. 32^nd Street, 1^st floor & basement & patio, Cleveland, OH 44109 in this precinct?
